With a proven track record across multiple businesses, Founder and Company Director Nicholas Willison has over 17 years international hospitality experience, having worked in South East Asia, the Middle East, Europe as well as the U.K.
Based in London since 2011 and having specialized in revenue management over the last decade, he has worked for various 4 and 5 star city hotels, apartments, luxury resorts as well as country retreats bringing a highly flexible and dynamic approach to all properties.
Most recently he has been providing Revenue Management Consulting Services for Luxury Hotel Partners, a sister company of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Hotels that Nicholas supported in this role included the likes of Hermitage Bay Antigua, The Marbella Club, Nobu Marrakech, Teranka Formentera, Maribel Ski Lodge in Sierra Nevada, Hampton Manor in the West Midlands (U.K), Vakko Hotel & Residence in Istanbul, as well as The Tophams Hotel in London Belgravia.
Enigma RM Ltd. was founded in 2024 by Nicholas, who identified a strong need for bespoke revenue management services in the hospitality industry. His in depth knowledge and international experience provides him with a solid grounding of the revenue management function, and he strives to achieve only the best results for his clients.
