Q: Is outsourced revenue management more expensive than having a full-time revenue manager?
A: No, it is more cost-effective to outsource your revenue management function than to have someone on-site.
Q: Can you do your work remotely?
A: Absolutely, revenue management can be done entirely remotely and we do not need to be based at your property. Travel to your property can be arranged though if required, such as for month end meetings, catch ups etc, however these can also be done remotely via Teams / Zoom.
Q: What tools do you need to do your job?
A: All we need are a quiet environment so we can focus, and access to a PC and a stable internet connection which we provide. Depending on your requirements and scope of the project we may need access to certain systems and reports as well as implement distribution technology if required.
Q: Will you update our availability and rates and how often do you do it?
A: Absolutely, we carry out optimal pricing and availability updates multiple times daily to ensure you do not miss out on any opportunities.
Q: How do you charge for your services?
A: We invoice our clients on a monthly basis, with 28 days payment terms.
Q: What are you hours of working?
A: We are open from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday UK time with the exception of public holidays.

A: We are able to start working with you almost immediately, once we have agreed on the scope of work required.

A: Absolutely, we are able to support you on a temporary and full-time permanent basis.
